Introduction

Clean Town & Country ("we," "us," or "our") operates cleantownandcountry.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

We provide residential detailing, post-construction cleaning, and exterior cleaning services in the St. Louis, MO area. All services are performed by our Certified Cleaning Specialists. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage.

Booking and Scheduling

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate and complete information about your property and service needs.
  • We will confirm your appointment via email and/or SMS.
  • Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $99 fee, which covers the cost of dispatching our team.

Payment Terms

Payment is collected after service completion. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is saved securely via Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. A temporary hold may be placed on your card prior to service to confirm availability of funds. Tips are entirely optional and go directly to the Certified Cleaning Specialists who performed your service.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of your service, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to perform a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question at no additional charge.

Liability and Insurance

Clean Town & Country carries $2M in general liability insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or personal property.
  • Items of extraordinary value (artwork, antiques, collectibles) not disclosed to us prior to service.
  • Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, appliances, or structural deficiencies on the property.

SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you consent to receive appointment reminders and service updates. The following terms apply:

  • Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  • Reply HELP for assistance.

Property Access

You are responsible for providing our team with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Pets should be secured in a separate area during the service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions on the property are deemed unsafe for our Certified Cleaning Specialists.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Clean Town & Country and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
