Every team member meets these non-negotiable standards before they enter your property.
Background Verified
National criminal background check, SSN verification, and reference validation. No exceptions.
OSHA Hazard Training
Certified in silica dust hazards, respiratory protection, and PPE protocols per OSHA 1926.1153.
HEPA Equipment Certified
Trained on industrial HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, and activated carbon filtration systems.
3-Phase Protocol Trained
Mastery of our Rough Clean → Detail Clean → Final Punch process for construction commissioning.
Documentation Standards
Trained in photo documentation, final walkthrough verification, and punch list sign-off.
$2M Liability Covered
Every technician is covered under our $2M general liability policy. COI available on request.
